Setup Microsoft Outlook 2010

 

วิธีการเซ็ตค่า Microsoft Outlook 2010 เพื่อให้รับเมลล์จาก Exchange Server สำหรับเมลล์ @nec.co.th

ซึ่งต้องทำหลังจากที่ การเซ็ตค่า Outlook (POP/SMTP) และ ดึงเมลล์จาก Outlook File .(pst) มาใช้งานเรียบร้อยแล้ว

สามารถทำตามขั้นตอนไปต่อ

1.Start > Settings > Control Panel

2.เปิดโปรแกรมที่ไอคอน Mail

 

3.คลิ๊กปุ่ม E-mail Accounts...

4.คลิ๊กปุ่ม New...

5.หน้าต่าง Choose Service เลือก E-mail Account - คลิ๊ก Next

6.หน้าต่าง Auto Account Setup เลือก Manually configure server settings or additional server type - คลิ๊ก Next

7.หน้าต่าง Cgoose Service เลือก Microsoft Exchange or compatible service - คลิ๊ก Next

 

 

7.1.Microsft Exchange Server = exch.nec.co,.sg

7.2.check เครื่องหมายถูก Use Cached Exchange Mode

7.3.User Name = ชื่อ และ ตัวแรกของนามสกุล (ไม่เว้นวรรค)

7.4.คลิ๊กปุ่ม More Settings...

8.คลิ๊ก Connection และ check เครื่องหมายถูก Connect to my Exchange mailbox using HTTP - คลิ่ก Exchange Proxy Settings...

9.ระบบค่าต่าง ๆ ตามรูป

 

10.คลิ๋ก OK 2 ตำแหน่ง

11.คลิ๊กปุ่ม Check Name

12.ระบุข้อมูลตังนี้

12.1User name = necsapsin\ชื่อและตัวแรกของนามสกุล (ไม่เว้นวรรค)

12.2.Password = Password123 (by default)

12.3.คลิ๊ก OK

13.หากถูกต้อง จะได้หน้าจอดังนี้

 

14.คลิ๊กปุ่ม Next และ Finish
