ปกติจะต้องไปทำการ approve รายการ delete mail file ใน database admin4.nsf บน server ก่อนครับ ซึ่งจะต้องทำทันทีที่มีการลบ user ออกจากระบบ เพราะในคิวของ adminp จะเก็บไว้แค่ 21 วันหลังจากนั้นจะเคลียร์ทิ้งออกจากระบบทำให้ mail database ค้างอยู่ครับ
